Who would have thought that a simple idea to celebrate a great food and wine match would become a mainstay of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and one of the most popular?  This year for one night only, the entire Oyster Little Bourke restaurant will be dedicated to the winemaker-led Chandon Oyster Hour followed by a sumptuous dinner.

Take in the city skyline views from The Emerald Peacock rooftop bar while serious mixologists use seasonal fruit, exotic ingredients and handcrafted syrups to prepare an irresistible collection of Chandon cocktails.  Bring your friends and be part of the sparkling wine cocktail and rooftop revolution.
